    L'Allenatore di 4° Livello  svolge compiti di elevata complessità e di direzione tecnica operando con team che partecipano a competizioni nazionali e internazionali. Gestisce e  coordina programmi di formazione, di ricerca del talento, di promozione delle attività. Progetta, conduce, indirizza o coordina programmi  di ricerca tecnico-scientifica. Utilizza abilità personali per la diagnosi e la risoluzione dei problemi anche con informazioni limitate, assumendosi piena responsabilità delle decisioni. Il tecnico interpreta, si sa rapportare e utilizza conoscenze, tecniche e tecnologie utili per l’alto livello di pratica, seguendone l’evoluzione anche a livello internazionale. Possiede leadership, abilità comunicative e visioni strategiche adatte ai compiti assegnatigli. Pianifica programmi di formazione. Conduce lezioni pratiche e teoriche. Pianifica e conduce attività di ricerca anche collaborando con equipe scientifiche esterne al mondo sportivo.


    The MASTER COACH performs highly complex and technical tasks by working with teams that participate in national and international competitions. Manages and coordinates training programmes, talent research and promotion activities. Designs, conducts, directs or coordinates technical-scientific research programs. Use personal skills for diagnoses and problem-solving, even with limited information, while assuming full responsibility for decisions. The expert must be capable of interpreting and must be able to relate and use knowledge, techniques and technologies helpful for top level performance, monitoring progress at an international level. A Master Coach must possess leadership and communication skills and strategic vision suited to the tasks assigned. He or she designs educational programmes, conducts lessons, both theory and applied learning. Plans and conducts research activities in collaboration with scientific teams outside of the sports world.
