    Description of activities:

    ALLENATORE  è la prima qualifica che consente piena autonomia operativa. L’allenatore a questo livello può operare e progettare autonomamente attività con atleti e partecipanti di ogni età, agonisti e non. Con gli agonisti opera di solito a livello medio di qualificazione, assistendo atleti e squadre di livello regionale o nazionale. Lavora in condizione di complessità medio-basse, in società sportive di ridotte dimensioni o in staff articolati di società sportive di maggiori dimensioni. Questo livello di qualificazione richiede un’ulteriore formazione specializzata per coloro che vogliano migliorare la loro condizione lavorativa. Possono anche essere previsti compiti non complessi di supervisione e coordinazione di apprendisti. Possiede capacità di base per utilizzare mezzi e metodi per l’organizzazione dell’allenamento e la preparazione/assistenza alla gara. Coordina assistenti e relaziona con i superiori. Interpreta i compiti a livello personale ed in funzione di strategie semplici.


    COACH  is the first role that allows full autonomy. Coaches at this level can operate on their own designing activities with athletes and participants of all ages, competitive and non. With competition athletes, the coach operates at a medium level of qualification, assisting athletes and teams at the regional or national level. He or she works in a medium-low complex environment in small clubs or as a staff member for larger clubs. This level of qualification requires further specialist training for those who want to improve their working conditions. Non-complex tasks of supervision and coordination of technical apprentices can also be required. Is capable to use means and methods for the organization of training sessions and preparation and assistance at competitions. Is capable of coordinating assistants and reporting to superiors. Must demonstrate task interpretation skills  with regard to simple strategies.
