    Instructor o  evaluador o responsable de la supervisón de la formación y de la evaluación de la competencia de la gente de mar prescritas por el Convenio, en diferentes tipos de centros de formación marítima.

    Capitán marítimo (en la administrción marítima).

    Capitán de dique en astilleros.

    Inspector de flota.

    Práctico de puerto.

    Inspector en una Sociedad de Clasificación o para la administración Marítima.

    Intermediario para la compra / venta / alquiler de buques y embarcaciones.

    Trabajos de capitán en yates dedicados al comercio o en buques dedicados a la pesca.

    Controlador de Trafico Marítimo.

    Compensador de agujas nauticas.

    Cualquier trabajo relacionado con el transporte marítimo, la seguridad marítima y la prevención de la contaminación del medio marino.
