    Règlement grand-ducal du 12 décembre 2014 transposant la directive 2012/35/UE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 21 novembre 2012 modifiant la directive 2008/106/CE concernant le niveau minimal de formation des gens de mer, et modifiant le règlement grand-ducal modifié du 16 novembre 2001 transposant la directive 94/58/CE du Conseil du 22 novembre 1994 concernant le niveau minimal de formation des gens de mer telle que modifiée par la directive 98/35/CE du Conseil du 25 mai 1998 Loi du 20 juillet 2017 modifiant : 1. le Code du travail ; 2. la loi modifiée du 9 novembre 1990 ayant pour objet la création d'un registre public maritime luxembourgeois, en vue de transposer la directive (UE) 2015/1794 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 6 octobre 2015 modifiant les directives 2008/94/CE, 2009/38/CE et 2002/14/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil, et les directives 98/59/CE et 2001/23/CE du Conseil, en ce qui concerne les gens de mer.
