    Description of activities:

    La profesión de director o directora deportivo permite ejercer el conjunto de actividades profesionales relacionadas con la promoción, la dirección, la gestión, la programación, la planificación, la coordinación, el control y la supervisión, y funciones análogas, en centros, servicios y establecimientos deportivos, tanto de titularidad pública como privada, aplicando los conocimientos y las técnicas propios de las ciencias del deporte. Dicha actividad, que también puede incorporar en algunos casos funciones instrumentales de gestión, no requiere la presencia física del director o directora deportivo en el ejercicio de las actividades deportivas.

    The profession of Technical Director enables the exercise of all professional activities related with the promotion, direction, management, programming, planning, coordination, control and supervision, and similar functions in sport centers and sport facilities, both owned by public or private, applying the knowledge and techniques of sports science. This activity, which may also be incorporated in some cases instrumental functions of management, where it does not require the physical presence of the Technical Director during the sports activities.
