    L'activité libérale consistant à concevoir des oeuvres de construction à caractère technique, d'urbanisme ou d'aménagement du territoire, à établir les plans de telles oeuvres et à faire la synthèse des activités diverses participant à la réalisation des oeuvres.


    Liberal activity of designing technical construction plans, of town-and-country planning and doing the overview of the plans to fulfil them.
