    Description of activities:

    Fysiska personers yrkesmässiga förmedling av fastigheter, delar av fastigheter, bostadsrätter, byggnader på annans mark, tomträtter, andelsrätter avseende lägenhet, arrenderätter eller hyresrätter. Advokaters verksamhet med förmedling av fastigheter omfattas inte av registreringsplikt. Detsamma gäller sådana fastighetsmäklare som ägnar sig åt enbart 1. kommunal förmedling av hyresrätter, 2. kostnadsfri förmedling av hyresrätter till studerande, 3. förmedling av hyresrätter för fritidsändamål, 4. förmedling av hyresrätter till lokaler eller 5. förmedling av hyresrätter till rum där hyrestiden uppgår till högst två veckor.


    The procurement by a natural person, on a professional basis, of real estate, parts of real estate, tenant-owner apartments, buildings on property belonging to other persons, site leasehold interests in land, joint tenancy rights relating to apartments, ground leases, or rental tenancies. However, there is no obligation to be registered as an estate agent for members of the Swedish Bar Association nor for such estate agents as engage solely: 1. in municipal procurement of rental tenancies, 2. in the procurement, without charge, of rental tenancies for students, 3. in the procurement of rental tenancies for recreational purposes, 4. in the procurement of rental tenancies for commercial premises; or 5. in the procurement of rental tenancies for rooms in cases where the lease term does not exceed two weeks.
