    §71 f) Teknisk sjef som har kompetansesertifikat maskinoffisers klasse 1 og minst ett års praksis som teknisk assistent på flyttbar innretning. §72 f) Teknisk sjef som har teoretisk utdanning som for kompetansesertifikat maskinoffiser klasse 1 eller annen likeverdig teoretisk og praktisk utdanning, og minst ett års praksis som teknisk assistent på flyttbar innretning
