1) Ansvarlig for gjennomføring av det enkelte eiendomsmeglingsoppdrag
2) Ansvarlig for den faglige utførelsen av meglingen i hele virksomheten
• Aktiviteten går ut på å formidle salg/kjøp/utleie av fast eiendom, opprette kjøpekontrakt og gjennomføre det økonomiske oppgjøret mellom partene
• Taksering
• Agent for bank-/forsikringsselskaper for formidling av kreditt/forsikring

• Real estate agent can have both or one of the following two capasities:
1) Responsible for carrying out the individual assignment
2) Responsible for the estate agency's compliance with rules and regulations according to the Estate Agency Act
