    Justification for Article 7.4:

    Road safety: Given that the Norwegian driver training differs from other countries, there is a need to ensure that only driving instructors with the right Professional competence is gaining access to the profession from a road safety perspective. The Norwegian driver training covers substantially different matters comparet to the rest of the EU.

    Description of activities:
    • Gi opplæring i tråd med fastsatte læreplaner og regelverk i klassene B, BE, AM og T mot vederlag • Må følge med i den faglige utviklingen og • Det kreves tilleggskompetanse for å undervise i deler av opplæringen i klasse BE • Det kreves tilleggskompetanse for å gi opplæring i nasjonal klasse S og i førstehjelp

    • Provide driver training in accordance with curriculum and regulations in categories B, BE, AM and T for remuneration • Additional qualifications are required to teach certain parts of the driver training in category BE • Additional qualifications are required to teach the national category S and first aid (EN)
