    Justification for Article 7.4:
    Forklift truck's are widely used as technical work equipment, and they may cause great harm to the driver as well as others. Including the risk of tipping and turning over of the machine itself and furthermore that goods may be pushed or fall down causing accidents. Forklift trucks are often represented in severe accidents according to our statistics. It is therefore of high importance that the drivers qualification is checked.
