    Agent posredovanja u prometu nekretnina temeljem ugovora o radu sa posrednikom u prometu nekretnina obavlja poslove posredovanja koji prije svega podrazumijevaju dovođenje nalogodavca u vezu sa trećim osobama radi sklapanja posla za koji posreduje.

    Real estate brokerage agent, on the basis of the employment contract with a real estate brokerage agency, carries out all the tasks of intermediation and connecting principal (person who put the real estate on the property market) with third persons in order to facilitate a real estate transaction.
