    Calitățile pentru care se acorda atestarea a) specialist b) expert c) expert tehnic.

    Specializările pentru care se acordă atestarea: a) elaborare de studii, cercetări și inventariere monumente istorice; b) verificare/verificare tehnică; c) șef de proiect complex, (doar pentru arhitecți); d) șef de proiect de specialitate: restaurare arhitectură, structuri istorice, inginerie instalații, componente artistice și/sau urbanism istoric, după caz; e) executare lucrări, în funcție de domeniu; f) dirigentare lucrări, în funcție de domeniu; g) urmărirea comportării în timp și monitorizarea monumentelor istorice, în funcție de domeniu.

    Domeniile în care se acorda atestările: a) restaurare arhitectură, b) urbanism istoric, c) studii, cercetări și inventariere monumente istorice, d) consolidare/restaurare, structuri istorice; e) inginerie instalații;f) conservare/restaurare pictură murală; g) conservare/restaurare pictură pe lemn; h) restaurare lemn, lemn policrom, după caz; i) conservare/restaurare decorații piatră, stucatură și/sau ceramică, după caz; j) conservare/restaurare metal; k) conservare/restaurare vitralii și sticlă.

    Roles for which attestation is granted: a) specialist; b) expert; c) technical expert; Areas of expertise for which attestation is granted: a) conduct of studies, expert analyses, research, and inventory of historic monuments; b) quality/technical control; c) lead planner for complex projects (only for architects);d) lead planner for projects of: architecture restoration; historic structures; engineering –building services; artistic elements and/or historical urbanism; e) implementation of conservation/restoration works; f) site inspection;g) monitoring of historic monuments. Areas of action for which attestation is granted: a) architecture restoration; b) historical urbanism; c) studies, research, and inventory of historic monuments; d) reinforcement/restoration of historic structures; e) engineering–building services; f) conservation/restoration of mural painting; g) conservation/restoration of panel painting; g) restoration of wood and polychromed wood; i) conservation/restoration of stone, stucco, and/or terracotta decorations; j) conservation/restoration of metal; i) conservation/restoration of stained glass and glass.
