    Questa figura professionale, spaziando dalla progettazione architettonica sino a quella esecutiva, ha le capacità di coordinare e di dialogare con le diverse specializzazioni tecnico–progettuali, di tradurre il progetto esecutivo nelle sue varie fasi realizzative dell’opera e programmare la manutenzione della stessa, di controllare le varie fasi esecutive, la qualità e il prezzo, di conoscere le procedure amministrative di affidamento dei lavori sia pubblici che privati, di valutare economicamente i processi di gestione durante il ciclo lavorativo e di assumere quindi anche le funzioni di “responsabile del procedimento” nell’ambito dei lavori pubblici
