Description of the types of regulation
- Reserves of activities refers to professions where certain activities are reserved to the holders of a specific professional qualification. This may include instances where there are shared reserved activities with other regulated professions.
- Protected title (without reserves of activities) refers to professions where only the title is protected.
- Reserves of activities and protected title refers to professions where there are both reserved activities and protected title.
- Other is used for the professions where another type of regulation than the ones outlined above applies.
- No information submitted refers to regulated professions for which the Member States did not yet provide information regarding the type of regulation applicable.
