If a professional wants to provide services on a temporary and occasional basis in another country within the EU Member States, EEA countries and Switzerland, then he simply has to submit a written declaration to the authorities of the future host country in advance.
Exceptionally, if professions have health or safety implications however, the host country has the right to check the qualification and take a decision whether or not to allow the provision of services.
Positive decisions can be granted automatically or after successful completion of compensatory measures.
A negative decision means that access to provide the service has been refused in the host country.
