Presentation of the measure:

In 2015, the Dutch government and the regions of the Netherlands together initiated a fund for the development of innovation by SMEs in the region and in the topsectors, with the aim of stimulating innovation across region-borders.

The MIT East programme has financial instruments for four types of projects:
- Innovation advice projects
- Feasibility projects
- R&D collaboration projects
- Knowledge vouchers

In terms of the budget, €2.4m is available for innovation advice projects and feasibility projects, €5.6m is available for R&D collaboration.
