Presentation of the measure:

The measure aims to promote effective equality between men and women in the business environment. To do so, it provides support to SMEs (50-250 employees) located in Aragón, which  intend to implement an equality plan for the first time in order to achieve equality in terms of opportunities and treatment between women and men, eliminating any possible discrimination for reason of sex. 
The call includes the necessary development by the organisation of the following phases:
•    Diagnosis of the situation of the company regarding equality
•    Elaboration of an equality plan that tackles the identified deficiencies
•    Implementation of the measures planned in the first stage of the plan

The measure has been implemented for the first time in 2018; therefore, no evaluations are available.

The measure promotes equality in business encouraging companies to become aware of the situation in their organisation and take the first steps to address the obstacles identified for achieving true equality.
