Presentation of the measure:

Elkartek 2019 is the programme second phase, consisting of non-refundable grants to support the development of Collaborative Research, carried out by the Research, Development and Innovation Entities integrated in the Basque Network of Science, Technology and Innovation of the Basque Country, in the areas of specialization framed in the Science, Technology and Innovation Euskadi Plan 2020.

What are the most important “Do’s and Don’ts” that regional stakeholders should be aware of when launching a similar measure?:

The measure is implemented in two phases:
i) phase 1, aimed at selecting the projects;
ii) phase2, aimed at awarding the grant to the selected projects that apply for the grant in the phase 2. This is considered a good measure to communicate the results to the approved projects in the beginning of their implementation.
