Recognised Raw Material Commitments
Commitments are joint undertakings by several partners, who commit to activities aimed at achieving the EIP's objectives. They aim to deliver innovative products, processes, services, technologies, business models or ideas that can be brought to the market or that would bring wider societal benefits.
The EIP's commitments are essential to achieve the objectives set out in the EIP's Strategic Implementation Plan.
Following the calls for commitments in 2013 and 2015 the EIP's Sherpa Group, on behalf of the High Level Steering Group, confirmed that 80 and 47, respectively, commitments fulfilled the required criteria, thus totalling 127.
The European Innovation Partnership on Raw Materials has currently opened a new Call for Commitments, which will be open at least until 30 June 2019. The evaluation of submitted commitment proposals will be undertaken semi-annually. The next cut-off date is 30 June 2018. Further cut-off dates foreseen are 31 December 2018, 30 June 2019.
Commitments not fulfilling the basic requirements including the annual reporting shall be derecognised as RMC.
At the bottom of this page you can access and search the currently recognised Raw Materials Commitments. This includes the commitments that were recognised in 2014 and 2016, while excluding the ones finished or whose recognition has been withdrawn.
