As a part of the European SME Week 2014, the European Workplace Innovation Network organised the next regional EUWIN workshop. It took place on 29 September in the Representation of the European Commission in Sofia and was aimed to further boost the uptake of workplace innovation by European companies.
Event date: 29/09/2014

EUWIN workshop gathered around 120 business practitioners, trade union’s representatives and other interested stakeholders to present concrete business cases and provide practical tools to implement workplace innovation in organisations. It was a part of the European SME Week 2014. A dedicated SME brokerage event took place next day.

EUWIN's ambition is to fill the gap between workplace innovation being known and workplace innovation being implemented. Regional workshop in Sofia was another occasion to encourage managers to adopt new models and strategies and learn from the experience of other local and foreign companies in this respect.

In addition it included a session for regional programme managers who may be using EU structural funds to support such changes.
