This call for proposals aims to help new entrepreneurs in Europe to enrich their experiences and to learn and network with experienced entrepreneurs. New entrepreneurs will spend some time in enterprises run by experienced entrepreneurs in other EU Member States and in other countries participating in the Competitiveness and Innovation Programme.

The overall objective of the Programme is to enhance the entrepreneurship, internationalisation and competitiveness of potential start-up entrepreneurs and of those running newly established micro and small enterprises in the EU and CIP participating countries.

An information and networking meeting on this call took place on 7 March 2012 in Brussels. Attached is the agenda for the meeting.

The same information sessions were also organised in some Member States such as Austria, Luxembourg, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Germany, France and Slovenia.

Please find the Call text and other relevant documentation below. Please note that we have recently updated the documents section: new documents are available and the call text has been revised in order to take the new names of some annexes into account. Moreover, additional information as well as answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) may be posted on this webpage during the publication stage. We would thus recommend that you review the information provided and encourage you to visit this page regularly.

The submission of your project proposals will be done electronically this year. Please read the Guide for Applicants (see below) very carefully before commencing the electronic submission. You will also find the EPSS Guide for Submission on the EPSS website. Please note that the deadline for electronic submission is 31st May 2012, 17.00 hours (Brussels time).
