  • Ágota Éva Ruzsa, holistic coach&facilitator, Budapest, Hungary, director of SoL Institute. Originally as a teacher she co-founded the Hungarian affiliate of International House Language School in Hungary in the early 1980s. In 1988 studied and got teacher training certificate – in co-counselling, www.co-counselling.international.org, assertiveness, six-cat coaching - at Human Potential Research Group founded by John Heron, the „father” of action learning at the University of Surrey,UK. Then in 1989 she co-counded The Védőháló Alapítvány for the Hungarian co-counselling community and Ariadne Gaia Alapítvány for personal and professional development for people in the helping professions, like educators, psychologists and counsellors as well as women programmes all around the country. Later in the mid 90s, as a facilitator and consultant, she was part of the Dialogue Facilitators' Project at the Centre for Organizational Learning at MIT, USA and so in 1998 she initiated the Society for Organisational Learning community, fractal of SOL , www.solonline.org, www.solhungary.hu . Agota has specialized in developing capacities to facilitate systemic and transformative dialogues to enhance collective intelligence for community building along the line of the principles of learning organizations. Studied and practiced large group systemic facilitation with Billie Alban, Barbara Benedict Bunker, Juanita Brown and others and has been studying Mindfullness based approaches from John Heron, Gillian Wright and Jon Kabat-Zinn which she applies in facilitation and coaching. She also worked for training change management consultants for the CHAMP programme as a PricewaterhouseCoopers programme in Hungary, which later on grew into regional development and sustainability and Roma community and youth leaders development projects in local areas mostly run and offered by UNDP regional office or EU Youth in Action programmes. She is a sub-contracted consultant to Mercer Germany as well as Synovations and of SOL Coaching Community. She holds the Hungarian licence for Team Syntegrity a strategic and project development approach of Stafford Beer of systems thinking and management cybernetics. She has a wide range of experience with multinationals, SMEs, NGO and educational and PA sector as well as in rural development in deprived regions. She taught Literature and English in a Grammar School English at the University of Economics in the 1980s, Director of Studies at IH, in Budapest Dialogue processes inc.TWC and OS at the Communcation Institute of the Pázmány P.University of Hungary, Emergent Leadership at CEU BS. She held a seat on the Board of Trustees of the Club of Budapest, Hungarian Association, where she is still a creative member as well as in the Boar of Trustees of Global SoL. her future development vision is to generate Collegium Danubius, a netwrok education for Leadership and Community Development in the New Paradigm. At present, Ms. Ruzsa is Member of the Board of Trustees for Learning Organisations for Sustainability, SoL Hungary, Director of SoL Institute, Board member of Global SoL Association, member of The World Cafe Community, a licence holder of Team Syntegrity, and a connected associate to AoH community. She also holds a seat in the board of Tűzmadár Foundation for cancer patients as well as Ariadne Gaia Foundation for holistic development. Agota also graduated in Hellinger systems contellation work and is also teacher and member of a mindfullness based coaching community. Recently, she's been working on deep dialogue processes and initiated the TérTeremtő movement for social and community dialogues for transformation. Our latest project: DanubePartnership is a joint project of SoL Hu and Ariadne Gaia Foundation: 1995 - Birth of the Danube Dialogue idea with some supporters from the International Women Dialogue Group, 2002 - Dialogue on the Danube ( an IWD ) gathering for a whole week in autumn on Szentendre island 2004-2005-Collegium Peregrinus, Summer University in Nagykovacsi 2010 - Art of Hosting, Budapest - a rebirth of the Danube Dialogue intent in Central Europe with the AoH community ( Toke P.
