The dissemination plan contains all planned dissemination and communication activities as guideline for the Consortium.
This deliverable is well structured and written. Infomation flow is very clear, stakeholders are well identified and described. However, in section 5, tools and channels for dissemination are not enough described and quantified, but just generally mentioned: also Conclusions section is very short and general. The overall impression is very positive about methodology and approach, but with less attention to details than in other deliverables.
Dissemination plan well structured for objectives, means, involved users. It could be possible to extend the described tools for the dissemination, also considering interactive workshops.

Dissemination plan is structured logically and includes necessary aspects for effective publicity, clarity and e-services awareness. Identification of target groups reflects the large spectrum of potential users of the e-services based on advanced cognitive system technologies.
The activities are mostly oriented to description and explanation of the functionality of the offered product. The tools of dissemination like brochures, logo, promo video etc. are really very relevant for collecting a primary information about the SIMPATICO.
As a potential user already swamped with a number of websites or various applications and electronic systems I recommend to focus on more learning activities to be more familiar with the usage of these e-services. I recommend to arrange workshops (the workshops are very briefly mentioned in the only one paragraph of Dissemination Plan), to give an opportunity to users to try the e-services, to give an opportunity to ascertain the merits (benefits) of these services by users themselves etc.
I also recommend to describe the expected impact of each used tool of dissemination and its influence on specific target groups.
Good Deliverable. Some minor info are missing:
- Table 2 states that three trade show and fairs per year will be attended by the consortium. Some trade shows should be listed.
- Gadgets: which ones?
- Video: when its release?
The dissemination plan is very ambitious. It will be interesting to verify to what extent the project will be able to engage the citizens target group. This is always very challenging in an EU project. May be a stratification of the citizens group (age, level of studies...) could better facilitate the identification of the dissemination mechanisms. A set of quantitative indicators for the achievement of results could also help to monitor the progress of the dissemination activities.
