This deliverable provides the description of the prototypes of software components delivered as a result of the first OpenGovIntelligence ICT tools development stage.
Figure that gives OGI architecture is shown in this document, where the same figure is used in the deliverable D.2.1 (Figure 4). I expected connected layers here, which is not the case. Deliverable contributors gives explanations of components from OGI architecture. This document gives technical details of developed tools which are used by some components from the OGI architecture. Tools are very well technically described.
The link of D4.1: Pilots and Evaluation plan-v1 is not done in a right way. It addresses here to the D3.2.
