DGINS

Creation

The DGINS ('Directeurs Généraux des Instituts Nationaux Statistiques') conference was created on 15 July 1953 in Luxembourg.

Aim 

The DGINS conference is held once a year with the aim of discussing an important topic related to the statistical programme or methods and processes for the production of European statistics.

It is hosted each year by a different National Statistical Institute of the ESS.
