The Excel file below contains the correspondence table between NACE Rev. 2 (Statistical Classification of Economic Activities in the European Community, Revision 2 - 2008) and the Japanese Standard Industrial Classification Revision 12. This correspondence table was developed in 2012 by Eurostat, based on a similar exercise conducted by the Japanese statistical office between JSIC Rev. 12 and ISIC Rev. 4 (United Nations International Standard Industrial Classification of All Economic Activities, Revision 4 - 2008).

It should be noted that the construction principles applied in both classifications can sometimes vary significantly. As a consequence, caution should be exercised when using this correspondence table.
