On entend par "nationalité" le lien juridique particulier entre une personne et l’État dont elle relève, acquis à la naissance ou par naturalisation, que ce soit au moyen d’une déclaration, d’un choix, d’un mariage ou par d’autres moyens, conformément à la législation nationale.
