Speed-dating session 14A on possible Horizon 2020 projects
This is a session to attend if you're interested in hearing about the cutting edge of research in official statistics (i.e. the early-stage project ideas presented). This session is particularly conceived for researchers interested in collaborating on one of the possible projects.
Building of the successful and dynamic format at the previous NTTS conference, this session will follow a "speed-dating" format, with a large number of researchers orally presenting their early-stage project ideas (based on a couple of PowerPoint slides) in rapid succession. At the cocktail organised outside the auditorium, the presenters will then meet up with interested colleagues (just having listened to the oral presentation) to exchange ideas and contact details, with the objective to start formulating more specific project ideas and prepare the grounds for a project consortium.
(For the audience, it is possible to rotate between this session and poster session 14P.)
The following presentations are scheduled for session 14A:
