6.2. Institutional Mandate - data sharing
Data on organic agriculture are submitted to the Croatian Bureau of Statistics by control bodies under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Agriculture.

7.2. Confidentiality - data treatment
Aggregated data for which there are reasons for confidentiality (due to a small number of units, rules of dominance or secondary confidentiality), in accordance with the Law on Official Statistics (Official Gazette, No. 25/20) and the Ordinance on the Method of Protection of Statistical Data of the State Bureau of Statistics, are treated and considered as confidential and therefore not published.
8.1. Release calendar
The realase calendar provides an overview of the publications planned for the current year and until the end of May for the next year, depending on the completion of the processing of a particular statistical survey and the possibility of creating a particular type of publication. The calendar is publicly available.

The data on quality are stored in database of quality information (DBQI), and the reports on quality are prepared on the bases of this information and will gradually be available on CBS Internet site.

The data is collected by the Control Bodies that supervise registered organic entities.
The CBS sends the authorized Control Bodies a questionnaire in Excel, which after filling out is returned to the CBS for processing. The questionnaire consists of 18 separate tables, for each county separately, which include data on: type of registered activity of subjects (producer, processor, importer, exporter...), crops, vegetables, permanent plantations, livestock, certified products.
