For survey on energy consumption in industry sector are used all NACE categories that are recomended in Regulation on energy statistics, also publishing is done on same maner.

For producer in electricity, heat, trader in oil product are included entities that belong to adequat NACE activity.

The quality of the processes and products in the State Statistical Office is ensured by adhering to the European Statistics Code of Practice and the Quality Assurance Framework within the European Statistical System. Frame is chosen from Business Statistical Registar, based on NACE activities, turnover and size of enterprise. There is no calculation on coverage error.

Many years we use same reporting units with total coverage, there isn't posibility for over-coverage.

For survey when we use sample, over coverage rate is not calculated.

Our surveys are main sources for producing data, when we have same data from other sources than we make comparission between data received from both sources.

13.3.2. Measurement error

To avoid this type of error while processing data we make comparission with time series and if possible with same data from ohter sources.

For sample survey for consumption of energy in industry nonresponse rate is usually around 30%, for other survey coverage is 100% and these surveys are with total population coverage.

We do not do more detailled error measurement one of the main reason is deficiency of adequate staff.

Annual and monthly surveys with biggest coverage are collected by estat system through internet. Only surveys with small coverage are collected by mail. There is no other administrative source to collect these data.

Survey on energy consumption in business entities as monthly and annual survey is collected via estat system on SSO's web site.

All other surveys wich are with complete coverage are collected via email or in paper format, all monthly and annual surveys.
