The internal cost is about 10 full-time equivalent staff (for conceiving the surveys, collecting the data, proceeding it and also for analysing and publishing). IT costs and routing costs for surveys and external services (e.g. solar thermal) are also to be mentionned.

The burden of each statistical survey for entreprises is sent every year to Insee : for EAPE the median time to respond is about 20 minutes; for EARCF it takes about 1 hour (median time)

Other surveys/collection are mentionned  in the energy Code and are sent to energy operators, the burden and cost is unknown in this case.

18.6. Adjustment

No adjustments are made except for obvious unit errors and for non response (Correction of non-response is a form of adjustment). We prefer to go back to the respondents when results are astonishing.

In the final phase before sending out the questionnaires we agree to prioritise the information so that the questionnaires per energy are consistent with each other. These are very small adjustements.
