The prices are reported in national currencies per kWh and according to different bands of consumption. For the household sector, these bands are:
For the final non-household sector, the bands are:
There exist 2 different levels of disagregation for semestrial and annual prices: 1- Semestrial prices: These prices are reported twice a year and are divided in 3 levels:
2- Annual prices: These prices are reported once a year together with the data for the second semester and are divided into the following components and taxes:
In addition to these elements, the network cost is split into the respective shares of transmission and distribution. The relative share of consumption in the different consumption bands is reported by the countries and used to calculated the single national electricity prices (weighted averages for consumer bands IA-IF and DA-DE).

11.1. Quality assurance
The EAC is implementing the ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System. The system is implemented by using the process approach, doing regular internal audits, benchmarking and target-setting for all critical processes within the organisation and implementing the continuous improvement cycle. |
|||
11.2. Quality management - assessment
The Quality management system is assessed mainly by the regular internal and external audits that take place. External audits occur once a year, whereas internal audits occur continuously, following a predefined time schedule. The main strengths are that the system is based on information stored electronically in various databases and there exist control measures to validate input of data. The main weakness is that there are no adequate controls in some areas. Quality improvements that are planned are: implementing a risk management system, improving corporate governance and implementing a corporate social responsibility/sustainable development management system. |
|
|||

14.2. Punctuality | |||
The legal deadline for submitting the questionnaires is the third month after the reference period. 100% of the questionnaires were submitted on time.
