 According to Law No. 226/ 2009 on the organisation and functioning of the Romanian official statistics with its subsequent amendments and additions “the data providers are obliged to submit to the producers of official statistics free of charge reliable, updated and complete data to the required deadlines and based on the collection methods mentioned in the National Annual Statistical Programme and in agreement with the related methodological norms.”
