Very good |
3.1.49 Please list the main differences between the administrative source and the statistical definitions and concepts |
In data from the administrative source weight is given in prroduct weight. The weight of the fish is then converted to live weight based on an official factor. This factor is based on the average yield based on the condition of the fish during the year. For certain types of fish, this conversion factor will be too low in certain parts of the year where ther is a lot of fishig. The total landing live weight of these species will therefore be a little low. |
3.1.50 Is a different threshold used in the administrative source and statistical data? |
No |
3.1.51 If Yes, please specify |
