Legislation - Harmonised Indices of Consumer Prices (HICP)
Legislation in force
The basic act providing for the compilation of the harmonised indices of consumer prices (HICP) is the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/792 of 11 May 2016.
The basic act is implemented by Commission Regulation (EU) 2020/1148 of 31 July 2020.
Together, the two regulations consolidate and modernise the acts listed below under ‘Repealed legislation’.
