Objective of the consultation

This consultation asks about the professional or personal view of European fishery statistics collected by Eurostat and about different options to improve them. European fishery statistics provide official statistics on fish catches, fish landings, aquaculture and fishing fleets across the EU. They contribute to policy making and monitoring of the Common Fisheries Policy.
