More than 390 “e-Government” online services are already making life easier for thousands of citizens and businesses, by allowing documents and applications to be submitted securely, remotely and fast.

In the last three years, the Bulgarian State e-Government Agency has introduced more than 320 online services, which are already making life easier for thousands of citizens and businesses.

The new electronic administrative services allow people to apply for social assistance, submit documents to the Employment Agency, Traffic Police or National Revenue Agency – or just to check which institutions use their data and why. There is also a Disability Profile service, where an entire health record can be traced.
