Our Food in the Anthropocene: Food, Planet, Health

Food systems are failing on health and on sustainability. Alignment between agriculture, conservation and public health is needed to allow transitioning food to healthy, sustainable and productive. EAT-Lancet Commission launched in January 2019 brought together 36 scientists from multiple disciplines and geographies to propose dietary and sustainability guideline for food. Fabrice will share the findings of the commission and will review the main levers that need to be triggered to facilitate a transition to 2050.
