Improving development evaluation through geospatial data analysis

Improving development evaluation through geospatial data analysis

The first two speakers will present lessons from the evaluation of two programmes financed by the Global Environment Facility and GIZ that used analysis of geospatial data to overcome limitations to access to target areas and to the absence of a valid baseline. Then, the DG GROW Copernicus Unit will present the services available through COPERNICUS. This conference is part of a series presenting the use of innovative methodologies to conduct evaluations in hard-to-reach areas; download the presentation paper of the cycle by clicking here.
