Thematic Global evaluation of European Commission support to the education sector in partner countries (including basic and secondary education) - This evaluation undertaken in 2009 covers the Commission’s co-operation strategies with Egypt and their implementation during the period 1998-2008, focusing on their relevance, effectiveness, impact, sustainability and efficiency. Ref. 1282.
Evaluation of the Commission's Cooperation with Nepal - The evaluation covers aid delivery over the period 2002-2010. This mainly corresponds to the 2002-2006 strategic cycle (Country Strategy Paper) and the first National Indicative Plan of the 2007-2013 cycle. Ref. 1302.
Thematic evaluation of the European Commission support to respect of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (including solidarity with victims of repression) - This evaluation focuses on the period 2000-2010. The geographical scope includes all countries where relevant human rights interventions in external relations are taking or took place in the evaluation period. Ref. 1298.
Evaluation of the Commission's cooperation with the Philippines - This evaluation assesses the Commission's past and current cooperation programme/relations with the Philippines and its implementation over the period 2002-2009. Ref. 1299.
Thematic global evaluation of European Commission support in the sectors of ESI (Employment and Social Inclusion) in partner countries (including vocational training) - This evaluation is intended mainly to be a review of EC external cooperation with partner countries in the areas of Employment and Social Inclusion (ESI) during the period 1999-2008, in terms of policy, strategy and implementation. Ref. 1296.
SOCIEUX in Action – This is a quarterly newsletter of SOCIEUX (Social Protection EU Expertise in Development Cooperation) to inform the readers about the progress of the programme, new initiatives, development of actions and social protection news other news of specific interest
SOCIEUX Application Form - must be completed in English (word format) and accompanied by a detailed CV also in English (word format), preferably using the Europass format.
SOCIEUX Request Form for technical assistance: the form can be sent by email, letter or fax. Requests should specify the name, position and contact details of the applicant and the government body or institution they represent, together with a brief outline of the area of assistance, needs and estimated timing.
The Guide for Partner Country Institutions provides information about the SOCIEUX programme, such as the functioning of the facility, the social protection areas covered and the possible types of intervention. It also contains detailed information on how partner institutions may request assistance under SOCIEUX and the financial and logistical aspects of the organisation of Actions and Activities. 
The GPGC programme seeks to foster economically, socially and environmentally sustainable development in an integrated and holistic way aiming of promoting good governance, political stability and security and the requirement for policy coherence in external action. The overall objective is to support inclusive sustainable development: environment and climate change, sustainable energy, human development, food and nutrition security and sustainable agriculture, migration and asylum.
