The Annual Programme 2017 sets out measures to implement the Human Development component of the Global Public Goods and Challenges (GPGC) programme in accordance with the Multi-annual indicative Programme 2014-2020 and on the basis of the DCI Regulation.  The part III covers actions for thematic areas: Education in Emergencies, Culture and Creativity, Women's Economic Empowerment and Conflict Minerals.
CrossRoads was aimed at promoting intercultural dialogue and demonstrating alternative ways of dealing with conflicts, leading to more social cohesion and sustainable peace through the production of a drama series (soap opera). The television series was complemented by inter-ethnic dialogue sessions with the Acholi, Karamojong, Lango and Teso communities. It also included capacity building of cultural actors and civil society organisations to use innovative methods such as edutainment to engage their audiences on conflict resolution.

Le projet renforcera les capacités des ménages paysans ayant une surface d'exploitation inférieure ou égale à 0,25 hectares à participer à la définition, la mise en oeuvre et l'évaluation des programmes publics à travers le développement d'initiatives pilotes pluri-acteurs et multisectorielles de lutte contre la malnutrition et l'insécurité alimentaire.
This project contributes to the elimination of poverty of youth dependent on the informal sector in Rwanda.
The main objective is to improve the availability of and access to basic sexual and reproductive health services for the underserved women and young peoples in ARMM. The target groups are: 150 000 women and adolescents; 290 frontline health services providers in public and private sectors; at least 34 local civil society organisations and 1 regional network.
The overall objective of the proposed project is to contribute to a substantial reduction in incidents of violence against children in all closed institutions in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. The Specific objectives are: The elimination of use of solitary confinement in all places of detention of children and The separation of children from adults and seperation of girls from boys at all times and in all places of detention.
Overall objective: Strengthening the cultural sector of Prehistory and Human evolution and its actors as a vector to promote cultural diversity, international cooperation, sustainable economic, social and human development.
