Az EURES a foglalkoztatási szolgálatok hálózata, amely valamennyi uniós országra, valamint Izlandra, Liechtensteinre, Norvégiára, Svájcra és Egyesült Királyság kiterjed.

Európai Koordinációs Iroda (ECO)

Európai szinten a hálózatot az Európai Bizottság Foglalkoztatás, Szociális Ügyek és Társadalmi Befogadás Főigazgatóságán belül létrehozott Európai Koordinációs Iroda koordinálja. Az ECO felelős az EURES-portál kezeléséért is.

Nemzeti koordinációs irodák (NCO)

Valamennyi ország létrehozott egy EURES Nemzeti Koordinációs Irodát, amely a tagok és partnerek nemzeti hálózatának koordinálásáért felel.

EURES-tagok és -partnerek

Az EURES-tagok és -partnerek az álláskeresők és a munkaadók számára nyújtanak szolgáltatásokat.

Az állami foglalkoztatási szolgálatok sajátos szerepet töltenek be, mivel EURES-tagként mindig részt vesznek a munkában és szolgáltatásokat nyújtanak. Más foglalkoztatási szolgálatok és szervezetek is nyújthatnak szolgáltatásokat az álláskeresők és a munkaadók számára EURES-tagként, illetve EURES-partnerként, az általuk kínált szolgáltatás jellegétől függően. Az EURES-tagok az EURES-szolgáltatások teljes választékát nyújtják, míg az EURES-partnerek korlátozottabb szolgáltatást nyújtanak a szervezet méretétől vagy az általa nyújtott egyéb szolgáltatások jellegétől függően.

Azores Regional Directorate for Employment and Professional Qualification

The mission of DREQP is to propose and implement regional policies related to the promotion of employability, improving professional skills and the protection of workers. To achieve these objectives, DREQP essentially proposes to practice a matching of demand and supply or employment or vocational training, to ensure supporting actions that aim to stimulate employment, manage the use of the European Social Fund in the Autonomous Region of Azores, ensure the quality of vocational training and ensure the implementation of protection systems both in employment situations, such as unemployment.

IEM - Madeira Employment Institute

IEM, IP - RAM has the mission to promote and implement regional policies considering the population eligible to achive european labour market. Also to improve professional skills of the candidates to ensure the protection in unemployment situations in order to stimulate the employers to contract the suitable people.

ACISAT-Associação Empresarial do Alto Tâmega

ACISAT - Alto Tâmega Business Association is a non-profit employers association. It aims at promoting and contributing to the harmonic technical, economic, social and cultural development of the Alto Tâmega region by:
- organizing and developing support services to members, including studies and support services aimed at fostering industrial performance;
- participating in the setup and management of corporate and institutional tools contributing to goal achievement;

CCDR-N – North of Portugal Regional Development and Coordination Commission

North of Portugal Coordination and Regional Development Commission (CCDR-N) is a public body supervised by the Council of Ministers' Presidency whose aim is to promote the integrated and sustainable development of Northern Portugal, contributing to the competitiveness and cohesion of the country. With the responsibilities of implementing environmental policies, territorial planning and cities and regional development in the North Region, CCDR-N is also responsible for promoting the coordinated actions of decentralized services at the regional level, in strict articulation with Government members responsible for their areas, and providing technical support to local authorities and their associations, as well as for the management of Community programmes co-funded by the European Union structural funds for the country and the region.
The cooperation of Northern Portugal with the Galicia Autonomous Region has been notably increased in the past few years, based on the linguistic and geographical vicinity and enhanced by the spatial contiguity of urban axis Aveiro-Corunna, an area which represents more than 6 million inhabitants.

Alto Minho Intermunicipal Community is an association of 10 municipalities in the border region. Its aims are, inter alia, economic development and cross-border cooperation of the group of municipalities.
