Concentrix hopes to find more employees at Brussels Job Day
Concentrix has previously taken part in European Job Days (EJD) events and recruited a number of new employees. Building on the successes of previous years, the company plans to participate in both the online and onsite event in Brussels on 6 October.
“We hope to recruit as many candidates as possible, though two to three is a good estimate based on past experience,” says Damien Stone, recruitment marketing specialist at Concentrix. “We generally advertise our vacancies through our own website, local job boards, public employment services and a few pan-European websites. We have worked with EURES for several years and have always been satisfied,” adds Damien.
Concentrix will have a stand at the EJD Brussels where they will collect CVs and discuss potential roles in the company with jobseekers. As part of the online event, Concentrix hopes to live stream a presentation of the company and representatives from Concentrix will be able to chat to jobseekers not attending the onsite event in Brussels. By uploading a CV in advance, employers like Concentrix will be able to view the details of jobseekers interested in their vacancies and chat individually to a range of jobseekers on the day of the event by using the chat function. Jobseekers can also watch live streamed presentations by companies and employment professionals such as EURES Advisers.
With locations in over 11 countries and 7 500 employees throughout the world, Concentrix specialises in multilingual customer service, technical support and sales for international companies such as Microsoft, Cisco, PayPal, and EA Games.
“We recruit internationally as we provide multilingual customer service in over 30 languages. Over 80 % of our permanent staff are from outside of the UK and Ireland, so this is something we actively do. The ideal employee for me is someone who is passionate, intelligent, and willing to move to the UK.,” concludes Damien
