Our helpdesk is open Monday to Friday, between 8:30 and 18:00 (Central European Time). Your questions are answered in English, German or French.

3. By e-mail

You can write in any official language of the European Union /EEA and will receive an answer in the same language. If you, however, can accept to have the answer in English, French or German, you may get a quicker reply.
