We are delighted to invite you to our study visit to the United Kingdom on 18th – 20th March 2019.
We will start on Monday at noon in London with an interactive session with John Mortimer. Mr Mortimer will present public sector learning from England over the last few years and discuss a person-centred design: what that is and how it can be developed for any local government service. The session will include a case study which will highlight how complexity can be designed into a service a well as practical and easy ways to move forward with change and transformation.
On Tuesday we will spend the whole day on a unique conference on piloting quite radically new approaches to public services and policies, including new models of public service, organising, commissioning, regulation. One of the key contributors is Jeremy Cox whom you might remember from our meeting in Bratislava.
The programme for Wednesday includes a half-day visit to Nesta, an innovation foundation that backs new ideas to tackle the big challenges of our time, from the pressures of an ageing population to stretched public services and a fast changing job market.
The capacity of the study visit is limited to 20 participants on a first come first served basis.
