Network meeting in Brussels, October 23-24, 2018
The network has explored so far alternative ways to change organisations, so that they are fit for purpose and create real value for their clients. We have explored the formal side – how to reflect on purpose, define strategy, design working processes/service delivery. This meeting explored the human side: how to use the human capital of an organisation for change and how to develop it, so that it can maintain the organisation flexible? How do leadership, motivation, and staff management look like in changing organisations?
