I submitted my TCA online ... and then??

After you have send your TCA for validation to the various involved MAs (Managing Authorities)/ESF agencies by clicking on the blue button “Submit to IB/MA for validation” (see the “Short TCA guide”): what’s next?
  1. Each Managing Authority (MA) responsible for the call of a project listed in the TCA is notified by email.
It also may be a good idea for you that each partnering project of your TCA sends a separate email to its own MA/ESF agency in charge of the call of projects it applied for with the indication that the partner submitted the TCA on-line + the link of the TCA and the link of his/her project.
  2. Then the MA reviews all its projects in the light of the call it has issued. It will probably assess the TCA into which a national project is involved, to see if it makes sense and how it is connected to its national priorities as well.
The MA also has the possibility to look at the other projects involved in a TCA to further assess the relevance.
  3. When the MA considers everything is in order for your project in the corresponding TCA, then the MA can give its green light for your project inside that TCA.
  4. After all the MAs involved in one TCA have given their green light, then the status of the TCA becomes automatically green, and the corresponding partnering projects and MAs involved in the TCA are notified by email.
The status information on your TCA page provides you with several information:
  1. The “TCA status” (at the top of the TCA page)
    1. It still indicates “Orange - at initial draft stage” from the draft stage until the TCA is validated by all the involved MAs (this message may be modified in a near future to make it clearer).
    2. When all the MAs involved in a TCA have validated their corresponding project, then the TCA status becomes “Green”.
    3. If an MA is refusing the project corresponding to its call is or blocking the TCA during the life of the TCA, then the TCA status indicates “Red”.
  2. The “Editorial status” (at the bottom of the TCA page) is changed from “Draft” to “In negotiation”.
  3. For each project in the list of projects there is an information “MAs approval status”, which indicates:
    1. Before the submission: “Pending key changes”
    2. Between the moment you have checked the project internally using the green button and until the MA approves or rejects the corresponding project: “Ready for MA/IB validation”
    3. After the project has been approved by the corresponding MA: “Approved”.
