Applicant organisation needed for Erasmus + KA2 project on Family Learning

CPIP Romania - Center for Promoting Lifelong Learning is preparing a project application on family learning and needs a promoter for the project who is willing to submit the application at their National Agency. All the administrative and development work will be done by CPIP. The project applicant should have previous experience in coordinating EU funded projects and solid expertise in the field of adult education/basic skills for adults.

Work-based learning (WBL) is increasingly recognised by Member States around the world as an effective strategy to promote quality and relevance of education and training. With the involvement of UNEVOC Centres from around the world, this book contributes to the analysis of different dimensions and characteristics of WBL in different contexts and gives a global perspective on WBL as a pathway to delivering competency-based education.

Ireland’s National Positive Ageing Strategy (NPAS) aims to address the broader social and economic determinants of healthy and positive ageing across the life course. The NPAS draws on the World Health Organisation’s (WHO) Active Ageing Framework which highlights action needed on three fronts: participation, health and security. The NPAS has four goals: three based on the WHO’s action areas and a fourth which focuses on research. These goals are to:

The positive ageing indicators report is an outcomes framework to monitor trends and changes in the participation levels, health, and security of older people in Ireland, at a national level. The positive ageing indicator set was developed by the Healthy and Positive Ageing Initiative(link is external) and reported for the first time in 2016.

The 2017 Adult Participation in Learning Survey included 5,169 adults aged 17 and over
across Great Britain, with fieldwork conducted in September and October 2017. This
sample has been weighted (generating an effective sample of 5,039) to provide a
nationally representative dataset. The survey deliberately adopted a broad definition of
learning, including a wide range of formal, non-formal and informal learning, far beyond
the limits of publicly offered educational opportunities for adults.
 

L’initiative conjointe de l’UIL ( l’Institut de l’UNESCO pour l’apprentissage tout au long de la vie ) et de Microsoft intitulée Promotion de l’alphabétisation mobile a fourni de précieuses informations sur l’apport des technologies de l’information et de la communication (TIC) à la réalisation de l’alphabétisation des jeunes et des adultes dans les régions les plus démunies du monde. Les TIC jouent un rôle déterminant dans l’amélioration du bien-être des populations vulnérables encontribuant à accroître leur employabilité et à faciliter leur participation active à la société. "

Cette circulaire précise les informations utiles à l’établissement du calendrier général de fonctionnement pour l’année scolaire 2019-2020, rappelle les dispositions relatives à l’organisation des unités d’enseignement et à la gestion de la dotation de périodes.

„Validierung non-formalen und informellen Lernens“ ist das Schwerpunktthema der Ausgabe 2-3/2018 der Zeitschrift für Weiterbildungsforschung. In diesem Heft wird der Frage nachgegangen, wie Anerkennung und Validierung in erwachsenen-pädagogischen Kontexten begründet und gestaltet werden können, um den Kriterien von Validität, Reliabilität und Praktikabilität zu genügen und Akzeptanz sowohl bei den Lernenden als auch relevanten Institutionen (Arbeitsmarkt, öffentliche Einrichtungen) zu finden.

Politici active ale pieței forței de muncă, nivel educațional atins și șomaj în International Journal of Sociology and Social Policy, 2019 cu scopul de a investiga modul în care programele de formare a politicilor active privind piața forței de muncă și subvențiile de angajare sporesc sau diminuează diferențele în ceea ce privește riscul șomajului între persoanele cu competențe scăzute și cele ce au atins un nivel ridicat de educație, în timpul unei recesiuni economice.

Małgorzata Gawrycka, Justyna Kujawska și Michał T. Tomczak au publicat în 2019 un studiu preliminar pe tema Competențele absolvenților ca viitori participanți pe piața forței de muncă  în jurnalul Economic Research-Ekonomska Istraživanja cu scopul de a examina și de a compara punctele de vedere ale angajatorilor și ale viitorilor angajați cu privire la competențele necesare potențialilor participanți pe piața forței de muncă din Polonia.

The aim of this study was to examine how Turkish mothers in Germany support the literacy development of preschool children and how their cultural capital and socioeconomic status affect the literacy development of the child. The research was designed qualitatively. The study group consisted of 12 Turkish mothers with children between the ages of 3-6, living in Germany and having different educational and socio-economic levels. Semi-structured interview technique was used as data collection method. The data obtained were analyzed by content analysis.
