Numeracy in Action - Curriculum and Resources to Understand and Use Numbers

Posted by Zoltan Varkonyi

Community Literacy of Ontario is delighted to share Numeracy in Action, a free resource funded by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities.

This curriculum helps meet the needs of learners requiring enhanced numeracy skills. The Understand and Use Numbers Curriculum focuses on the task groups of Manage Money; Manage Time; Use Numbers; and Manage Data and contains 4 – 5 sample task-based activities for each of the Ontario Adult Literacy Curriculum Framework’s level indicators related to this competency.

You can access the curriculum through their individual links in English and French as well.
